In elementary school, I didn't give a shit about Hello Kitty. I didn't think she was that great. Besides, it was all about Spottie Dottie since she was so down to earth. Guess this kind of relates to how I'm a dog lover and not a cat person. In high school, I resented and refused to give in to the Hello Kitty loving lunacy because I always thought Hello Kitty was a spoiled, high maintenance brat. Of all the Sanrio characters, Hello Kitty ALWAYS has to be in the spotlight. Such an attention whore. She would never share with the other characters, especially Spotty Dotty, or even Badtz-Maru or Keroppi, the lime light. It's always about "Me, Me, Me" and "I'm so cute and everybody HAS to love me". So I never gave in to the Hello Kitty bandwagon... but now I don't know. The more I look at her, she gets more and more adorable... as if you can't really help but think she's adorable. She's sucking me in. So I guess I've had a change of mind. I don't like to admit it but starting from maybe senior year, she started to win my affection and it has only spiraled upwards. So now I'm coming out of my Hello Kitty Lover closet. Yes, it's true. I'm into... not girls but Hello Kitty. Teeheewheeeeee. Ah, the burden has been lifted! I don't need to front or hide it anymore and it feels soooooo good. I'm going to attend the 35th Hello Kitty Anniversary in LA (active participation in Hello Kitty festivities and give my support). I was also looking through the online Sanrio shop and I found a couple of must-haves. Just a couple.

Hello Kitty Contact Lens Case!!!

Hello Kitty Luggage 8) purrrrrrfect for traveling!

Hello Kitty Rear Mirror. Meow.

My most desired Hello Kitty item... totebag. So. Cute.
Cinnamoroll is also noteworthy, I like her too.

Cinnamoroll ROLLER BACKPACK. I would sacrifice any middle school/high school popularity and endure the taunting/kicking if I could sport this.
I fucking wish I was a millionaire.
I'll leave you to drool at this photo.
